Now that we've fabbed it, welded it, spotwelded, drilled and finished it, it's time for the icing on the cake-the powder line.

We conceived it, built it and we hope you'll come. This is the finest, most versatile powder line you've ever seen. We can powder anything, in any color, and we can do it fast. The only time lag is in the order and delivery of the color of powder. We have a number of color changers that we built ourselves. To avoid waste, we recover any powder that doesn't stick to the part before we bake it. Your parts travel on a large conveyor that handles both very small and very long (144') items, including cabinets. Parts are cleaned, dried, and moved into the powder booth. They continue on to our state-of-the-art infrared oven to give the powder staying power-the only way to remove it is to blast it off. We'll work with you to meet your exact finish requirements-from smooth, big texture or small, and everything in between. We'll make you look good!
