Danco Metal Products, Inc. is a closely held corporation established in 1941. Danco was started when George Danielson, with help from his four sons and friends, began fabricating portable x-ray equipment. Fifty-eight years later, our first customer is still one of our foremost customers. Since then, we have excelled in the production of medical fabrications and have produced a variety of products from large construction equipment housings, to parts for NASA's Apollo Space Program.

As Danco grew, so did our involvement with new manufacturing techniques. We are always looking for innovative techniques that will improve our processes. Delivery
We computerized our operations very early with one of the first Just-In-Time systems on the market. To provide the best service, Danco has kept up with the latest technologies. We utilize the latest CAD/CAM computer controlled CNC equipment, offer computerized powder coating, and some of the most advanced equipment on the market. Our production software tells us exactly where your product is in the production cycle as well as who is working on it.

Environment
We realized early on that a recycling program benefits both the environment and the bottom line. To conserve energy and keep our costs down, we utilize innovative heating ideas throughout our facility. As part of our commitment to the environment, we have moved to 90% powder coating. For the benefit of our customers as well as our company, our goal is to continue to make business decisions that are environmentally sound.
