74 Series Folding System
The 74 Folder has changed the way we create parts for our customers. The folder is a true positional bender. Complex parts are bent sequentially in one handling. Because it uses a folding beam, only one set of tooling is required. The folding beam automatically adjusts for differing material thicknesses. The flexible capabilities of the 74 allows us to produce precision parts of the highest quality.

The 74 Folder also allows for the highest level of consistency. Because the bend sequence is done on top of the sheet support, operator fatigue is kept to a minimum, which in turn reduces the possibility of errors or injuries. This allows us to maintain an uninterrupted schedule so that your parts are delivered on time. We know this machine so well, we're doing things the manufacturer didn't think were possible.
